Early on Saturday morning, there was a controversy following reports that American superstar Chris Brow had smashed a fan’s phone as she attempted to take a selfie with him.
The incident happened on Saturday morning as the musician was about to board his car at the Moi International Airport.
The singer who has been hyping the show by releasing videos landed today Saturday, October 8 using a private jet. However, following the reports, a video surfaced online which showed Chris Brown giving the fan a cold shoulder and walking away without smashing any phone.
However, this video was greeted with some doubts as some people said it was a carefully edited clip. Others, though, said it was satisfactory.
The incident has torn Kenyans apart, with some people calling for the artiste’s deportation after likening him with disgraced Congolese singer Koffi Olominde. Others have accused the female fan of violating Chris Brown’s privacy by attempting to take a selfie without his consent.
