You will need to brace for traffic disruptions on Tuesday next week (November 28) during President-elect Uhuru Kenyatta’s swearing in.

At least five major roads in the Central Business District will be closed to users other than Government officials and dignitaries who are expected to attend the inauguration.

At least eleven heads of State and dozens of top diplomats and envoys are expected to attend the swearing in ceremony at Kasarani.

The closure will ring a traffic gridlock in Nairobi the whole day tomorrow.

The roads you will need to avoid include:

Mombasa Road

Uhuru Highway

The Junction of Limuru Road and Prof. Wangari Mathai Road

Thika Super Highway

Museum Interchange
