The Machakos Wiper party nominations have been nullified by the Political Parties Disputes Tribunal for the second time in a row.
Consequently, Wiper has been ordered to directly nominate its candidate for the position.
The ruling was made Monday evening in a case filed by Machakos Deputy Governor Bernard Kiala who was contesting for the Wiper ticket but has since gone independent.
The order means that Wavinya Ndeti will get the ticket since she has been widely seen as kalonzo Musyoka’s preferred candidate for the position.
The fresh order brings to climax a nomination exercise that has seen Machakos Senator Johnstone Muthama face off with Kalonzo.
