Tanzanian sensation Diamond Platnumz has opened up for the first time after getting dumped by his Ugandan partner Zari Hassan.

Through a post on his Instagram page, Diamond said that he was so depressed that he was considering committing suicide.

He claimed that unless his fans prayed for him, he does not see himself living to see the month of March.

“Wadau dua zenu muhimu… maana naona kabisa mwezi wa tatu SIUONI,” he posted.

The singer was dumped by Zari on Valentine’s Day over what she claimed was his constant acts of infidelity.

Word on the street has it that Diamond did not see the divorce coming. His relationship with Zari hit rock bottom last year when he admitted to fathering a child with Hamisa Mobetto, a Tanzania model who was the main video vixen in his popular song ‘Salome’.

There have been multiple rumors some with evidence floating around in ALL SORTS of media in regards to Diamond’s constant cheating and sadly I have decided to end my relationship with Diamond, as my RESPECT, INTEGRITY, DIGNITY & WELL BEING cannot be compromised,” Zari said when announcing their divorce.

Diamond had met Zari on a flight from South Africa in 2014. At the time, he had just broken up with Tanzanian actress Wema Sepetu.
