A Court of Appeal has ordered for a repeat of the Nyandarua Women Rep nomination exercise.
The court ruled that it could not determine the actual winner of the nomination exercise that was conducted in late April.
This is the latest of political fights between the incumbent Women Rep Wanjiku Muhia and her bitter rival Faith Gitau.
Ms. Muhia had gone to the Court of Appeal after a High Court upheld Ms. Gitau’s win.
The court ruled that the nominations be held within 48 hours.
