A suspected female gangster was on Tuesday afternoon shot dead in Kayole following a shootout with the police.
She was in the company of three other gangsters who were robbing members of the public in broad daylight.
According to police reports, members of the public alerted the police who were on patrol about the gang.
When the police confronted the gangsters, a shoot out ensued.
The police returned fire killing two of the gangsters.
